Sorry for the lack of updates! Nothing too happening lately ... Life is mundane most of the time, well except for some juicy bits once in a while hehe ;P
I just had a phone interview with Morgan Stanley and i didn't do very well. Haha i kind of expected it since i'm more of a straight-to-the-point person who is lacking skills in elaborating and beating around the bush. But somehow i improved! Haha, my crapping skills to be exact. Towards the end i just simply said what was on my mind and the interviewee stopped asking questions like, "Do you have anything to add to your point?" or "Can you elaborate further?"

New York Fashion Week is here! Haha time to check out the latest collections again :)
Which got me started thinking about the choice i made. Again.
If only i had the courage to stand up for what i really want.
If only i didn't succumb to society norms and values. Or 'Malaysian norms', specifically.
If only i believed that i can outshine myself in this industry.
If only i had the confidence, the creativity, the knowledge, the skills.
Or if only i am so hopeless at everything except art.
At least i know i won't dread lectures and classes if i chose fashion. I know i'll be happy choosing something that i genuinely love, something that i have a passion for. And i know i'll love it even though i am hopeless in sewing. And i know i wouldn't mind memorising all the different kinds of textiles, patterns etc etc.
I always loved doing creative stuffs. I loved creative writing. I loved drawing and going for art classes. My eyes sparkle when i see extraordinary, unique designs.
How now brown cow? Is it too late? And my parents, my dad especially, has such high hopes for me ... :(
That's it.
I REALLY HAVE TO LOVE FINANCE AND INVESTMENT BANKING OR WHATEVER IT IS.Just get the freaking degree first. And make yourself love what you are doing now.
